The important thing to recognize is that we will, from time to time, find our body seriously challenged by some infectious process. With any such challenge, depending on the severity of the challenge, I generally suggest doubling or tripling the recommended general maintenance levels of Beyond C, Essential Daily Defense, and Immuni-T2. For serious infection challenges, where you or anyone around you is showing signs and symptoms of exposure, I recommend increasing the intake of Beyond C, Essential Daily Defense, and Immuni-T2 up to five times or even more of the recommended daily maintenance.
